BOOTCAMP  - Push, pull, drag, flip and swing your way to a lean and strong body.
LUNCHBOX  - High octane boxing blitz. Burn fat and relieve stress!
TABATA       - High intensity interval Training. Keep up if you can!
YOGA          - Wind down and tone up. Build a strong core and increase flexibility.
BOXING      - Blast away the body fat with great technique.
